Terms and conditions for the $10,000 Custom paint Competition.

 

One winner will receive a custom paint job on his or hers truck.

Paint and paint labor up to the value of $10,000.

 

Winners truck will be submitted to appear at the SEMA show 2009 in Las Vegas

 

 

Terms and conditions:-

 

Please submit a photo of your truck and a professional rendering of how you would like your truck to look . Your truck must have all bodywork completed, and be ready to paint. Trucks already in primer will be accepted.

 

-open to all legal residents of the united states and Canada.

 

-entries must be postmarked no later than OCTOBER 31st 2008

 

-winners truck must be currently registered in the winners name and the state they reside. Proof must be shown upon arrival at shop. Make sure license plate is included in the photo you submit.

 

-$10,000 prize is towards paint, materials and paint labor. No cash rewards

 

-if bodywork is needed, this will be charged at $65 per hour. Winner is responsible for this.

 

-winner is responsible for getting the  truck to the shop located in Placentia, California. We are not responsible for any shipping damage.

 

-entry to SEMA show not guaranteed.

 

-winner must sign release for all use of photos for street trucks magazine, SATA spray equipment, DeBeers auto refinish and paintbysimon.com

 

-winner must agree to allow the following logos on rear window.

Certain non-winners will be offered paint jobs at discounted pricing

 

 

These rules are final and binding. Winner must sign work order and agreement before work is started. As long as ALL terms and conditions are met, work order will be cancelled upon completion of work, between 2-3 weeks. Simon has the right to refuse any entry with giving reason or notification.
